Maximus Reptilicus

Maximus Reptilicus, name derived from Optimus Maximus (Ancient Greek God: Jupiter) "Father/Best/Greatest" and Reptilicus meaning "Reptile" giving "Greatest Reptile"

This mythical creature belongs to a species with a common name of "Pogona Vitticeps," a type of agamid lizard found in arid regions of Australia.

Contrary to popular belief these dragons are not stupid, well this one isn't anyway. After very little time he had stamped his name all over everybodys schedules and was starting to consume time at an exponential rate, as well as the consumption of money and resources of the native tribe of the house.

Learning colours fast, quickly figuring out the difference between a caterpillar and a cricket, and developing a distaste to anything that is good for his health the games began trying to sneak the healthy food into Max's diet.

To this day Max still spends 6-8 hours running round the house, bullying the cats and running into walls as he can't see white.
